VII, the accident report
(a) After the occurrence of a serious accident, the accident unit must immediately take emergency measures to rescue the injured, evacuate the people, and strictly protect the accident scene. For reasons such as rescue personnel, to prevent the expansion of the accident and evacuation, the need to move the scene objects, should make a sign, draw a sketch of the scene and write a written record, and properly save the scene of important traces, physical evidence.
(b) After the occurrence of serious accidents, the accident occurred in the unit to take emergency measures at the same time, must immediately the occurrence of accidents to the Office of the party and government offices and offices of the Safety Supervisory Station, police station and the corresponding production safety responsibility system under the competent authorities to report, and should be written within 24 hours of the accident, reported to the above functional units.
The written accident report should include the following contents:

3, a preliminary analysis of the causes of the accident;
4, the measures taken after the accident and the accident control
5, the name of the accident reporting unit, the reporter.
Eight, accident investigation
(a) accident investigation must adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts and respecting science.
(b) the investigation of serious accidents in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state organization set up a municipal level above the investigation team of serious accidents, the relevant departments of my office should give active cooperation. Accident investigation team has the right to the occurrence of accidents to the unit, the person concerned to understand the situation and request for information, any unit or individual shall not be refused, and shall not hinder, interfere with the normal work of the accident investigation team.
