VDE certification process
1, the first consultation
The applicant to the Center to provide a brief description of the company and the status of the products to be certified, such as: product model, name, parts list, drawings, working principle diagrams, technical parameters, instructions for use and other information.
2, the establishment of the agency relationship
The commissioning party (the applicant) and the agent (China CCC Certification Commodity Inspection and Technical Service Center) to sign an agency agreement, and further in the form of a written contract to clarify the responsibilities of the two sides, the powers and obligations to ensure that both parties in the process of the application can be closely coordinated to enable the application work to be carried out smoothly and achieve the desired purpose. 3, the official application form and structural parameters of the table

4, the application is confirmed
VDE receives the official application form and the structural parameters of the table, about 2-4 weeks on the application of the formal written confirmation, and send invoices, invoices, and the structural parameters of the table. 5. Sending samples
When VDE's application is confirmed, the applicant will be informed of the specific requirements for sending samples and the relevant standards on which the tests are based. The service center can assist the applicant to obtain the relevant standards, clarify all the relevant test items, test methods, etc.. After the sample is completed, it must be self-tested according to the standard requirements or sent to the relevant domestic laboratory for prediction. After passing the prediction, the samples can be safely and accurately sent to VDE for testing by express mail. (1) Once the test items are all passed, the project engineer of our center will promptly notify the applicant with the first time. (2) The test results may also have defects. Some minor defects, the Center's project engineers communicate with VDE, as long as a slight correction, do not have to re-send the sample, VDE will be able to issue a certificate. (3) When there are important defects in the test results, the Center's project engineers will discuss with the applicant the reasons for the failure. If necessary, ask VDE to send back the failed sample for reference and analysis. After the sample is modified and perfected, go through the procedure of re-testing and send the sample again until it passes. If the sample is re-sent within six months, the cost of re-testing will be much more favorable.
6, factory inspection
