Transitional measures:
For general commodities covered by the UKCA logo, the following transitional measures are applicable: Before June 65438+ 10/day, 2023, for most commodities (except those with special provisions), you can choose to stick the UKCA logo on the label, along with the product or attached documents.
Operators (whether manufacturers, importers or distributors) should take reasonable measures to ensure that the UKCA mark remains valid. From 1 to 2023, the UKCA logo must be printed directly on the product in most cases, and the manufacturer should incorporate this date into the product design process.
The transitional measures of UKCA logo are not applicable to special products such as building products, medical equipment, railway system interoperability equipment and mobile pressure equipment.
