If the temperature of the contained liquid is higher than 60 ℃, should be configured with metal reinforcing sleeve, in order to prevent softening and deformation of the tank. If the tank is used for chemical reaction or dilution, the corresponding test should be done beforehand to determine the reaction or dilution of the highest temperature.

2. The fittings are configured according to the usage provided by the customers, and there are PP, PVC, ABS fittings, PP, PVC, PE flanges for choice. In case of acid and alkali substances, PVC, PP or PE fittings and acid and alkali resistant gaskets should be configured. When holding organic substances (especially organic solvents), configure the rubber gasket which is not easy to dissolve.

3, this product is not suitable for strong oxidizing agents (such as temperature 60 ℃, the concentration of more than 50% of concentrated sulfuric acid, more than 30% of concentrated nitric acid, etc.) and good organic solvents (acetone, cyclohexanone, formaldehyde) and so on.

5, the installation of the tank's foundation requirements level and can withstand the corresponding pressure, such as the use of steel structure, the gap can not be too large, and should be laid on top of the wooden or iron plate.

6, storage tanks in the storage of chemicals, the site should be surrounded by a good drainage ditch and dilution device.

7, due to the tank in the molding of the bottom of the tank inevitably protrudes into the tank to form a crown, so the foundation should be made and the bottom of the shape of a similar crown (it is recommended that the level of the foundation with the sand paved with the bottom of the tank corresponding to the shape of the crown).

8, large-size tanks should pay attention to safety during installation, try to use the crane, do not know the method, please contact the manufacturer.

9, plastic fittings are tightened at the factory, in transportation, loading and unloading fittings may be loose, so the sealing performance of the fittings should be checked before use, you can add liquid over the joints to observe whether the leakage. Tanks containing chemical liquids, it is best to use water to test the leakage, in order to prevent massive losses.

10, and the lower part of the tank joints or flange connected to the pipe should be perpendicular to the barrel wall, it is best to use a soft connection, so as not to fill the liquid, the barrel wall uneven expansion caused by the joints damaged connection leads to leakage, serious damage to the joints and the barrel.

11, the liquid inlet from the bottom of the tank is higher, the liquid inlet should be bent to the wall of the tank so that the liquid into the tank wall down, reduce the impact on the bottom.

12, large-capacity tanks (more than 20 cubic meters), can be used to limit the metal reinforcing set of joints at the barrel expansion and deformation, so as to avoid cracking of the hole.

13, when installing heavy auxiliary equipments such as mixer on the tank, or when people have to work on the top of the tank and the top of the tank can't bear the weight of the people, please make another rack or ladder and pay attention to the safety of the work.

14. If the liquid level cannot be controlled, an overflow port should be installed to prevent the liquid from overflowing from the manhole, which may cause unnecessary injuries.

15. When the flow rate of liquid inlet and outlet is large, the exhaust pipe with corresponding flow rate should be installed.
