3.2 Instrumentation management refers to the production of instruments and meters required for the application, rational use, careful maintenance, maintain performance and accuracy, compliance with the management system and a series of work in general.
4 Responsibilities
4.1 The company's equipment and power department, as the company's competent equipment department, is responsible for:
4.1.1 Strengthening the management organization and leadership of the instrumentation, combined with the company's actuality, to formulate and revise the management system of the company's instrumentation.
4.1.2 Establish the company-level (level 1) instrumentation summary account.
4.1.3 Help and guide the secondary units to develop instrumentation management methods.
4.1.4 Check and assess the management of instruments and meters of secondary units.
4.2 Management responsibilities of the secondary unit:
4.2.1 According to the actual situation of instrumentation detection, control and chaining, alarm requirements, establish and improve the corresponding instrumentation management and maintenance organizations, clarify the responsibilities at all levels, and strengthen the maintenance and management of instrumentation.
4.2.2 Strictly formulate and implement the instrumentation storage and use procedures, maintenance and repair procedures, adjustment test procedures, safety regulations and management procedures.
