According to the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the 10th 106 executive meeting of Guangdong Provincial People's Government decided to abolish the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of Medical Institutions in Guangdong Province, which is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
The management of medical institutions shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations of the State Council Municipality on the Administration of Medical Institutions.
