Article 4: The provisions of the security section of the head office is responsible for the implementation.
Chapter II Safety Management Organization

Article 7: Each unit of the head office set up a security leadership group, the main person in charge of the unit as a team leader, set up a security team, and equipped with (full-time) part-time security officers. Chapter III Leadership Responsibility System
Article 8: The general manager of the head office is the first person responsible for the safety of the enterprise, and is responsible for the main leadership of the safety work. Article 9: The main person in charge of each unit belonging to the head office is the first person responsible for the safety of the secondary units, in line with the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible for", the main responsibility for the safety of the unit. Sub-leaders are responsible for the safety of their units. Chapter IV Safety Management
The first driver safety management

Article XIII: the management of newly recruited drivers:

Article 15: Contracted car owners to hire drivers on the car must be hired in the head office of the motorized driver, are not allowed to hire outside units and no motorized driver qualifications of the people on the car shift. If an accident occurs when a driver is hired privately, the loss will be borne by the contracted owner, and the company will not advance or pay for the cost of the accident, and in principle will not send anyone to attend the accident. Article 16: the head office of the owners and drivers must sign the "driving safety certificate of responsibility" and "traffic accidents," the failure to sign a contract of accidents according to the total loss of 10% to be fined, do not enjoy the safety awards, in principle, the head office will not be sent to participate in the accident mediation.
The second safe driving
Article 17: The company's drivers must obey the safety management, consciously abide by traffic laws and regulations and safety management system, strictly comply with safety regulations, civilized driving, strictly prohibit the "three super" (over-speed, overloading, over-fatigue), to ensure driving safety.
Article 18: Vehicles entering and leaving the station must comply with the provisions of the field safety management. Operating line one-way more than 400 kilometers (highway more than 600 kilometers) of the vehicle, shall not exceed 3 hours, 24 hours cumulative total shall not exceed 8 hours of driving.

Article 20: Drivers must be equipped with and keep the car firefighting equipment, anti-freezing, anti-skidding and fight against car bandits and roadblockers equipment, and to ensure the integrity of the good use. Article 21: Operating vehicles must comply with the "Road Traffic Safety Law", "Highway Management Measures" and the speed control regulations of the head office.
Article 22: Drivers must consciously do a good job of vehicle "three diligence three
check" work, careful care, testing and maintenance, so that the technical condition of the vehicle meets the safety requirements, to avoid accidents caused by mechanical failure. At the same time, to maintain a good appearance of the car, accept the head office of the vehicle condition inspection, the hidden dangers should be rectified in a timely manner, and resolutely put an end to the "sick" car traveling, according to the prescribed time test, with a qualified single class.

The third traffic accidents
Article 25: Accidents are handled in accordance with the "four do not spare" principle. owner does not cooperate in the process of accident processing, the head office security section has the right to deal with, all the costs by the contracted car owner is responsible for.
Article 26: If the driver hired by the owner of the contracted vehicle is involved in an accident, it will be executed according to the agreement between the owner of the contracted vehicle and the hired person.
Article 27: If a traffic accident occurs in a vehicle contracted by more than two persons, the contracted vehicle owner shall bear the accident losses on average (if the two persons have signed a safety management agreement, they shall bear the losses and costs according to the content of the agreement), and the advance costs of accident handling shall be paid by the contracted vehicle owner in question and play a debit note, and the costs of the head office's debit note will be deducted to the contracted vehicle first before the accident is settled.
Article 28: the occurrence of violations caused by the deduction of license and license plate by the driver to deal with their own. Article 29: The owner of the vehicle shall pay the advance payment of traffic accidents up to RMB 50,000, and the head office shall borrow 50% of RMB 50,000 or more. Accident cost write-off: the insurance company claims, the difference in the 50000 yuan below the owner of the car all bear, the difference in the 50000 yuan more than 100000 yuan below (including 100,000 yuan) head office to write off 30% of the owner of the car to bear 70% of the difference of 100,000 yuan above the head office to write off 40% of the contracted car owner to bear 60%.
Article 30: In the event of a traffic accident, the head office will fine the driver or the owner of the contracted vehicle 3% of the total loss of the accident.
The fourth vehicle insurance

Article 34: Motor vehicles must be insured and renewed on schedule, not
to any reason to drop insurance, omission. Renewal of the vehicle security section 15 days in advance to the unit issued a renewal notice; the unit must promptly notify the contracted owner and assist in renewing the insurance procedures on time, otherwise the unit has the
right to stop the vehicle operation, due to the contracted owner of the reasons for the loss caused by the contracted owner to bear.
Chapter V Fire Safety Management
Article 35: The fire safety management work carries out the policy of "prevention first, combining prevention and elimination".
Article 36: Each unit must strengthen the leadership of the fire, seriously

Article 39: The overall layout of the head office and housing construction must meet the fire safety requirements; the development of fire extinguishing and emergency evacuation plans.

Article 41: Fire Accident Handling:

Chapter VI Labor Safety Management
Article 42: The subordinate units must conscientiously implement the "Work Safety Law", "Labor Law", according to the job types of labor protective equipment, and supervise the use of wear and tear, is strictly prohibited to recruit and employ underage labor, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Article 43: The job types of the affiliated units must formulate corresponding safety operation (technical) procedures or systems, and work strictly according to the procedures.
Article 44: Special operators must be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state for professional safety training, to obtain special operating certificates, before going to work.
Article 45: Strictly prohibit the occurrence of "three violations" phenomenon, found "three violations" phenomenon, a fine of 50 yuan.
Article 46: Each unit should provide the safety team with activity sites, activity time and certain activity funds. The safety team should carry out activities in accordance with the regulations, make good records, and give full play to the safety management of grass-roots organizations and employee supervision functions.
Article 47: Labor unions at all levels give full play to safety supervision and management functions to eliminate violations and ensure safe production.
Article 48: Handling of work-related accidents:
①Work-related accidents should be immediately reported to the Security Section of the head office and the relevant departments while rescuing the injured, protecting the scene and preventing the accident from expanding.
② Occurrence of minor injuries below the workplace accidents, organized by the Security Section in conjunction with the head of the accident unit to investigate the head of the accident unit within two days to write a good accident report sent to the general manager, security section and trade unions; serious accidents, the general manager of the General Manager to organize an investigation, and quickly reported the accident to the Transportation Bureau, the Labor Bureau and the General Chamber of Commerce.
③ Occurrence of work accidents with minor injuries or less, the responsible person will be given financial penalties of 200----500 yuan and bear all the medical expenses, lost wages and direct property losses, while the accident unit organization will hold a timely on-site meeting.
④ Occurrence of serious injuries above workplace accidents, reported to the labor department to deal with.
Chapter VII Internal Security Management
Article 49: All cadres and workers of the head office and their family members must strictly abide by the law, comply with all the management regulations and systems of the head office, obey the management of the Security Section, fight against illegal and criminal behavior, always maintain the interests and reputation of the head office, and ensure internal stability.
Article 50: the head office of the old station guards, on-site management team, night patrol team, dormitory area guards by the Security Section direct management; testing station guards by the direct management of the unit, accept the supervision and management of the Security Section; center station, repair shop guards by the

Article 51: disputes between employees of the units, led by the unit in charge of security leaders, labor unions and security section to send people to participate in mediation. Article 52: the head office dormitory area disputes between family members of employees, led by the Security Section, the employee belongs to the unit in charge of security leadership, trade unions to participate in mediation with the handling.
Article 53: the fights, theft of property, unreasonable, blocking traffic, damage to public and private property and other violations of the "People's Republic of China *** and the State Administration of Public Security Penalties Ordinance" behavior, by the Security Section of the seriousness of the situation, the criminal law, the transfer of the public security, the judicial department to investigate the administrative and criminal responsibility according to law.
Article 54: The tenants of the rented stores and dormitory areas must sign the "security and fire prevention responsibility" with the Security Section, and obey the management of the Security Section to improve the comprehensive management of public security work. It is strictly prohibited for outsiders to occupy the room or stay overnight for a long time.
Chapter VIII Safety Education
Article 55: The head office and each production unit must formulate safety education and training plans;

Article 56: Each production and management units must organize a monthly meeting of staff safety, drivers must participate in the City Drivers Association and the Security Section of the organization's safety learning every month, without an excuse not to participate in each fine of 30 yuan. Chapter IX security checks

Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
