5, the cost of treatment abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan;
6, according to the medical insurance regulations of some of the out-of-pocket expenses, such as dental veneers can not be reimbursed, dental implants, fillings, cleaning and so on are subject to out-of-pocket expenses.
