1. If a new student is unable to come to the school to report for enrollment for any reason, he/she is requested to send the acceptance letter back to our office within two weeks after receiving the acceptance letter with a statement of non-reporting for enrollment (the statement will be signed by the parents and the student himself/herself).

(4) Notes on the application for the certificate of transfer of household registration:
1. Students from foreign provinces and cities should apply for the procedure of transfer of household registration.

3. Students from other provinces should hand in the hukou relocation certificate.
4. The Hukou transfer certificate must be stamped with the special seal for Hukou of the police station where you move out, and it must be stamped with a seal in the middle seam, and it should also indicate whether it is an agricultural or non-agricultural Hukou.
5. The names on the hukou transfer certificate (or hukou book), ID card, and admission notice must be identical (if not, the name on the admission notice shall prevail), and the simplified characters stipulated by the state must be used, and alterations are invalid.

3. Accommodation
1. The school dormitory is managed as an apartment. New students will be accommodated in their assigned rooms and beds after reporting to the university. New students may bring only seasonal clothing and daily necessities. Bedding and daily necessities can be purchased by the school (including quilts, mattresses, covers (2), sheets (2), pillowcases (2), pillowcases, mosquito nets, towel quilts, pillowcases, washbasins, towels, rice bowls, thermos flasks, spoons, etc., which will be returned to the individual after use).

When a student requests to withdraw from the program within one week of enrollment due to personal reasons, the tuition and accommodation fees will be fully refunded. After one week until the end of the first semester, according to the documents of Tianjin Price Bureau, 50% of the tuition and accommodation fees will be refunded; bedding and medical insurance fees will not be refunded; and book fees will be refunded as appropriate.
V. Review
After the enrollment of the new students, the school will review the political, cultural and health of the new students within three months in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national enrollment regulations and the enrollment physical examination standards. Those who pass the review will be enrolled and obtain school registration. Those who do not pass the review will be dealt with according to the specific circumstances until their enrollment qualification is canceled. Anyone who violates the national enrollment regulations, fraud, favoritism and cheating to obtain school registration, no matter when, once found, cancel the school registration, be returned. If the situation is serious, the relevant departments will be asked to investigate.
