Equipment failure rate and equipment integrity rate are a calculation method. First, you need to figure out which equipment participates in the statistics, then figure out the definition of failure (for example, if it is out of service, it is considered a failure), and you also need to know the statistical time. For example: one of the three main transformers failed and was out of service for 10 days in a year. Then its failure rate is: 10 platform days/3*365 platform days = 0.91. Of course, different statistical methods are also required.
