Sendhil Ramamurthy was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in San Antonio, Texas. His parents are both Indian and both physicists. He began to make his mark on a number of television programs, including Casualty, Guiding Light, Ultimate Force, and Grey's Anatomy, Numb3rs. He has a sister who is also a physicist and works for an international pharmaceutical and psychological consortium.In 1999, he married actress Olga Sosnovska and has a daughter. ramamurthy is currently a postgraduate student at the Webber Douglas Institute of Dramatic Art in London. Prior to theater school, he graduated from Tufts University in Boston. He currently lives in Los Angeles. Birthday is May 17th.

Hayden Panettiere as Claire Bennet

Recently, Panettiere co-starred with Anthony LaPaglia and Isabella Rosselini in the indie film The Architect, which is premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival and starred in Mr. Gibb for Kevin Spacey's company Triggerstreet. She stars in the upcoming romantic comedy Shanghai Kiss and will lead Bring it On: All or Nothing this fall.

After rigorous training, she performed dazzling stunts as a superb ice skater in "Ice Princess" and recorded the soundtrack for the movie, "I Fly". Her roles as Tim Allen's daughter in Joe Somebody and Denzel Washington's fiery character in Remember the Titans have allowed her to develop her own unique style. Her other film credits include Raising Helen with Garry Marshall, Message In a Bottle with Kevin Costner, Object of My Affection with Jennifer Aniston and The Affair of My Affection with Hilary Swank. co-starring Hilary Swank in The Affair of the Necklace.

Panettiere starred opposite Joely Richardson in the Lifetime Original Movie Lies My Mother Told Me; and starred in the Disney Channel's hit Tiger Cruise, based on the true events of September 11th. She co-starred with Jessica Lange and Tom Wilkinson in the HBO film "Normal," directed by Jane Anderson, which premiered at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival.

Panettiere's voice is as recognizable as her face. She had the challenging lead voice work on "Racing Stripes," working with Dustin Hoffman and Whoopi Goldberg in the dub. In addition, she voiced Princess Dot in Disney's animated A Bug's Life and Suri in Dinosaurs. Her voice on A Bug's Life Read-A-Long earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Spoken Word Album and a nomination for The Hollywood Reporter's Young Star Award for Best Recording Young Talent.

She also serves as an ambassador for the Antarctic Wildlife Foundation, which raises money to save endangered species, along with Nelson Mandela and Queen Noor.

Panettierre lives in New York with her parents and brother. Her birthday is August 21st.

Larter starred in Final Destination I and II and starred opposite Reese Witherspoon in the hit movie Legally Blonde. She also starred in the successful New York stage production of The Vagina Monologues. Noah Gray-Cabey as Micah Sanders

At the age of eight, Noah Gray-Cabey had already established a reputation in the music industry as an accomplished piano player. Since the age of four, Noah has performed at several events in England and Washington, D.C., and traveled to Jamaica for the England Symphony Recital, his first outing. Of course he didn't stop there. In July 2001, at the age of five, he traveled to Australia and became the youngest pianist in history to perform a solo recital at the Sydney Opera House, with an entire symphony orchestra accompanying him. He also gave solo performances at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and at the International String Recital in Brisbane. he made his television debut in December 2001, and has continued to perform ever since, appearing on 48 Hours, The Tonight Show, Good Morning America and The Oprah Winfrey Show. Masi Oka as Hiro Nakamura

Oka is not a new face to audiences, having played Franklyn on NBC's Scrubs and Deng Wu on Luis, and has appeared on Without a Trace, Joey, Reba, The Joey, Reba, The Loop, All of Us, Still Standing, Will & Grace, Yes, Dear and Gilmore Girls.

His starring roles in 'Along Came Polly,' 'Austin Powers in Goldmember' and 'House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim' are impressive.

Experienced in improv, Oka has performed on stage at Second City, ImprovOlympics, The Groundlings, and TheatreSports. He has utilized his improv expertise to guest star in various roles in Punk'd, Reno 911, and The Jamie Kennedy Experiment.

After graduating from Brown University with degrees in math and computer science and elementary theater arts, Oka worked at George Lucas' Industrial Light and Power Company. Lucas' Academy Award-winning special effects studio, Industrial Light & Magic, Oka began his first job and pursued his acting career. Though now a successful actor, he continues to produce outstanding special effects for ILM on over 30 films.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Oka moved to Los Angeles at the age of six and has since settled there. He is fluent in Japanese and Spanish. His hobbies include kendo, video games, enjoying and writing romantic comedies, piano playing and singing. His birthday is December 27th.

Milo Ventimiglia as Peter Petrelli

Ventimiglia recently starred in Tom Fontana's serialized drama The Bedford Diaries, which centers on a group of college students in a human sexuality class. He quickly gained attention as the quiet and complex Jess on the hit TV series Gilmore Girls and as a '60s war radical on NBC's American Dreams. He also had a role in David E. Kelley's play Boston Public.

Adrian Pasdar as Nathan Petrelli

Adrian Pasdar was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. But when he was 2, his father-- a prominent heart surgeon-- moved the family to Powelton, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. In high school, he excelled in soccer and even received a soccer scholarship to Florida State University in 1983. Soccer was a promising career, but unfortunately a serious traffic accident in his freshman year of college left him with a scarred face and a very badly injured leg. Through Adrian's extraordinary perseverance, he finished his freshman year in a wheelchair and underwent intense physical therapy. He also searched for another stage on campus and rediscovered his childhood interests in writing and acting. Unable to play soccer anymore, he left school and returned home to work for People's Light and Theatre, a theatrical organization. Here he was in charge of the sound and lighting side of the business, as well as working on the fabrication of some equipment. One day, while working on a piece of equipment, he accidentally sliced off the remaining thumb on his left hand.Adrian - adept at bouncing back from grief to success - used his medical settlement to get himself cast in the acclaimed Lee Strasberg Theater Institute.At the age of 19, he was cast in the film "The Lee Strasberg Theater Institute".
