3. MATCHES

3.1 Only the captain of the team is permitted to use the game's open communication method during a match ( messagemode1, also known as MM1, i.e. a message visible to both players, default key: Y). Any team member other than the captain who uses MM1 may be penalized by a foul or a loss. Meanwhile, other members of the team can only use their own communication (Messagemode, also known as MM2, i.e., messages that can only be seen by members of their own team, default key: U) during the game. This rule also applies when a character controlled by a team member dies during the game.

3.2 If there is a tie, there will be an overtime of 3 games **** two halves per half. If the result of the first overtime is still a tie, a second overtime will be played with the same rules. In the event of a further tie, a new map will be randomly selected to play 3 games*** two halves of extra time per half.

3.3 If, within five minutes of the start of a half, it occurs that a participant's tournament machine is dropped, the match will be restarted. If the drop occurs within five minutes of the start of the half, the match will be paused at the prevailing score, and will continue after the dropped player has rejoined the server and both players have confirmed that they are OK.

3.4 Only players who have checked in will be allowed to participate in the tournament. If a team uses an unregistered player during a tournament, that team will be disqualified from the tournament. Each team must choose a name for their team and designate one of the registered players as captain.

3.5 Reserves may play as substitutes at the beginning of each game or during the half-time interval. The player who comes on during the half-time interval must use the peripherals of the player he/she is replacing and is not allowed to bring new peripherals into the playing field. A maximum of two (2) substitutes will be allowed to enter the designated substitution area. Substitutes are not permitted until the start of the overtime period of an overtime match.

3.6 A coin toss will be used before the match to determine which team will be Counter-Terrorist and which team will be Terrorist. The team that wins the coin toss will choose which role (CT or T) they will play before the start of the first half. The teams swap roles during the second half of the game. If there is to be overtime, the team that did not choose their first half role before the entire game begins will choose the role they will play in the first half of overtime. Consecutive overtime will continue to alternate according to this rule.

3.7 If a team has not arrived at the playing field after the designated warm-up time has begun, the other team in the match may request a coin toss without their opponent being present. This is done so that the team arriving on time can have time to warm up and decide on appropriate tactics.

4. Hardware and Peripherals

4.1 All tournament machines must have a uniform configuration with default peripherals and be capable of handling the 3D video acceleration required in the game. Players are not allowed to use the machines they bring with them to the game, and players are not allowed to use the game machines during training (excluding pre-game warm-ups).

4.2 Players may use their own keyboards, mice, headsets, and other control devices. Please consult with the on-site staff for any special hardware drivers that you may need.

4.3 The Tournament Organizer will provide a standardized keyboard and mouse for players who do not bring their own equipment.

4.4 Contestants may change the gamma and brightness values of their graphics cards under the Windows operating system, up to a maximum of 1.2. Monitor brightness may be adjusted if the requested value is reasonable, and contest supervisors will warn contestants if the value is too high. Warning. The following display settings are allowed to be adjusted: Vsync, which can be set to "on" or "off" via the display adjustment options; competitors who are unsure of the legality of their settings may ask the on-site supervisor.

5. Contestants' personal settings in the game and server-side parameters during the game

5.1 Contestants may only use the designated GUI (Graphical User Interface), commandmenu (H-key help menu), to modify all settings in the game. No player is allowed to manually open any configuration file (e.g. use a text editor to edit config.cfg on their own) or open the console to enter any parameter, no matter what the player's reason is. Any player caught manually opening the config configuration file will be immediately asked to leave the tournament, and if the player's team does not have a replacement, the team will be sentenced to disqualification due to lack of numbers. It is the responsibility of the league to provide the designated GUI and commandsmenu to the players twenty-four hours prior to the tournament to familiarize them with the GUI and commandsmenu.

5.2 Before the players are seated and ready to play, the management must check the system of the game machine for irregularities and settings.
