I. Different classifications
Chip: is a method of achieving miniaturization of circuits in electronics, usually manufactured on the surface of semiconductor wafers.
Semiconductor: is a material that has electrical conductivity between a conductor and an insulator at room temperature. Semiconductors are widely used in consumer electronics, communication systems, medical instruments and other fields.
Integrated circuit: is a microelectronic device or devices. Using certain techniques, components such as transistors, resistors, capacitors, inductors, etc. and wiring required in a circuit are connected.
Two, different characteristics
