Built in the Yuan Dynasty, it was first named Cai's Mouth and was renamed Xing Jiawan at the end of the Yuan Dynasty. In July of the first year of the Ming Dynasty, the famous general Chang Yuchun led the army to conquer the Yuan Dynasty and passed by this place, so he moved his relatives into the area and named it Changjiazhuang. Later called Chang Zhuangzi, now known as Changzhuang.
