Article 15 The person applying for the National Master's Degree Enrollment Examination shall comply with the following conditions:

(3) Physical health condition in line with the state and the enrollment unit of the physical examination requirements.

(4) Candidates' academic level must meet one of the following conditions:

Fresh undergraduate graduates with state-recognized qualifications (including fresh undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities, and adult higher academic education organized by ordinary colleges and universities, etc.) and undergraduate students who will be able to graduate at the time of the Self-study Examination and Network Education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or a Certificate of Foreign Degree Certification issued by the Service Center for Overseas Educational Service of the Ministry of Education before enrollment in the year of admission (the specific period shall be stipulated by the enrollment unit), or the admission qualification shall be invalid.

2. Those who have a state-recognized undergraduate degree.

3. Those who have completed 2 years (from the date of graduation to the date of enrollment in the year of admission, the same hereinafter) or more after obtaining the state-recognized senior college graduation degree, as well as undergraduate students with state-recognized qualifications, and those who meet the specific academic requirements of the enrollment unit for the candidates in accordance with the cultivation objectives of the unit, will be considered as applying for the examination on the basis of the status of undergraduate graduation with equivalent academic qualifications.

4. Those who have received master's or doctoral degrees.

Currently enrolled graduate students must obtain the consent of their training unit before applying.
