1. Who is the authorized customer in the tender?
The authorized client in the tender refers to the person who authorizes others to represent a certain matter, and the authorized client may include but not limited to a legal person. The entrustment contract is established when the two parties reach an agreement, and the delivery of the goods or the actual performance of the parties is not a necessary condition for the establishment of the contract.
The legal representative may authorize the person to handle relevant business and affairs. Therefore, entrusting others to do things requires a power of attorney. The legal representative is the authorized representative of the legal representative. If you entrust others, you need to consider whether there is a clear agreement in the authorization before authorization. Generally speaking, it is not allowed unless there is an agreement or an emergency.

After the bidding work is completed (the validity period of the bidding documents shall not exceed at the latest), the tenderer shall return the bid bond to the tenderer in time. After the tender is written, it shall be signed by the legal representative of the tendering unit or the agent authorized by the legal representative, stamped with the official seal of the unit, sealed and delivered to the tendering unit.
