Battery cables bear the maximum discharge current = 100000VA ÷ (0.9 host inverter efficiency × 32 battery sections × 10.5V battery pack discharge termination voltage) = 330A
330A ÷ 3A (cable unit area rated flow 2-3A) = 110 square meters. As the cable specifications do not have 110 square meters, it is therefore recommended to use on the use of 125 square meters or so to fully meet the three into three series of 100KVA power supply battery pack cable load requirements.

UPS mainframe and battery connecting line function: after the utility power interruption, the battery connecting line will be the battery's power delivery to the UPS mainframe, to continue to maintain the power supply to the equipment, to achieve uninterrupted power supply. After the utility power is restored, the charging circuit in the UPS mainframe will charge the battery through the battery cable to maintain backup.
In the installation and maintenance of UPS power supply, we should pay attention to the battery cable, pay attention to a few points:
1, the wire diameter is thick enough. Generally take the battery safety discharge current 3 times, such as, 100ah battery, safety discharge current is 10A, then the battery connecting line capacity should reach 30A.
2, the length of the connection line is appropriate. Too long resistance value increases, and waste of copper wire.
3, the two ends of the connecting wire should be installed with the same current-carrying capacity of copper lugs, and crimped reliably.
4, high-capacity battery connection, it is appropriate to use brass screw nut, reduce the contact resistance, tighten, in the appearance of petroleum jelly, to prevent oxidation and corrosion.
