D.[Chemical resistance]PPS chemical resistance is excellent, second only to PTFE, insoluble in any organic solvents at 200 degrees Celsius, except for strong oxidizing solvents. Organic solvents, in addition to strong oxidizing acids, the resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis and salts is very strong. And it is also very stable to all kinds of radiation.

[Dimensional stability] PPS resin after compounding its molding shrinkage is very low, less than 0.0025%, the absorption rate is less than 0.05%, the linear coefficient of thermal expansion is also small. It still shows good dimensional stability under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
F. [Electrical Properties] PPS electrical insulation and dielectric strength is very good, in high temperature, high humidity, high frequency conditions still have excellent electrical properties, its volume resistivity of 1 × 1016Ω.cm, surface resistivity of 1 × 1015Ω, electrical strength & gt; 18KV/mm.
H. [Processing Properties] PPS resin has very good mobility, can be used in a variety of methods of processing and molding, fiber reinforced by the molding. Various methods of processing molding, fiber reinforced or filled, can still be injection molding complex and thin-walled parts.
