Bidding documents to obtain: all suppliers interested in participating in the bidding, must submit the original of the following materials and stamped with the official seal of the photocopy of the registration:
1. Copy of the business license (the scope of the business license needs to include the collection and treatment of medical waste, medical disfigurement equipment disposal and other related content), copy of the tax registration certificate, Copy of Organization Code Certificate (latest version);
2. Hazardous Waste Operation License and Road Transportation Operation License;
3. Certificate of Unit Head (with ID card of unit head) or Power of Attorney of Unit Head (with ID cards of unit head and authorized representatives);
