The function principle of the instrument

Guided instrument is a kind of medical equipment which is used for labor analgesia by prompting the body's own secretion of analgesic substance opioid peptide, blocking the central nervous pain information conduction pathway from the uterine fundus and uterine body, and rapidly reducing the severe pain of women in labor to a tolerable mild pain. Basic structure

Conduction device mainly consists of the main body, LCD screen, electrode connecting wire, disposable conduction patch [1].

How to use

Output line connection method

Insert the output line connector into the therapeutic output port on the back panel of the host computer, insert the output line in the correct direction

Output line at the back of the host computer, the green color of the output head of the same color is connected to the electrode sheet of the patient's left hand, and the black color is connected to the electrode sheet of the right hand, note: the two pieces of conduction patches of the output head of the same color must be affixed on the the same arm to avoid crossing the heart.

The two output wires of the other channel are connected to the patient's spinal cord. Note: The two patches on the same output wire must be aligned horizontally.

After making sure that the connection is correct, the spinal cord conduction patch is covered with medical waterproof adhesive tape, so as to avoid dislodging of the conduction patch due to water immersion during flushing. If you feel a pins and needles sensation in your back after rinsing, check the spinal cord patch immediately, replace it if it is soaked, and make sure each piece is firmly attached. Note: Before replacement, check the channel output of the conduction patch to be replaced, reduce the output to "0", remove the soaked conduction patch, replace the conduction patch, connect the output line, and increase the intensity to the original treatment[1].

How to use the conductive patch

The conductive patch is made of water-activated polymer material with gel adhesive, which is conductive and even, with good performance of sticking and uncovering, without cross-infection, and the wearer can move around freely without irritation or allergic reaction, and in order to ensure the health of the user, it can not be reused [1].

Placement of the conductive patch

Wash the skin with soap or wipe it with ethanol cotton balls before use, and shall not be used on epidermal breaks;

Place the conductive patch in the desired location for treatment, and press tightly to ensure that the conductive patch is in full contact with the skin;

The conductive patch shall not be used on the wound. If the dermal association under the conductive patch shows redness, swelling and other reactions, it is necessary to temporarily stop using it;

Don't throw it away after use, it should be put into the medical waste bin;

The residual adhesive on the surface of the skin can be washed with water or soap;

When the adhesive layer is detached, the adhesive is lost, and the stimulation is weakened, it is necessary to replace the conductive patch in time;

It is contraindicated to be subjected to pressure, high temperature;

Storage temperature 0 ~ 30 ℃, relative humidity 30% ~ 60%;

The allowable current density of the conduction patch is not greater than 5mA/cm;

Conduction patch is a one-time use, and can not be used for more than the shelf life of the shelf life time is 1 year.
