China University of Petroleum Beijing students are publicly funded medical treatment?

People who are entitled to publicly-funded medical treatment: regular employees of the University (based on the personnel information of the Personnel Office), retired personnel, and students recruited in accordance with the national program (excluding commissioned and self-funded students).

The scope of reimbursement of medical expenses: medical expenses within the scope of the "Beijing Basic Medical Insurance, Work Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance Drug Catalog", "Beijing Basic Medical Insurance Diagnostic and Treatment Items Catalog", and the medical expenses that have been approved by the Office of Publicly-funded Medical Treatment of Beijing.

The medical expenses incurred in the following cases will not be reimbursed: 1) all kinds of self-financed medicines that are not reimbursed by the public medical expenses, drugs in different packages, and tourist (bargaining) price drugs. 2) material and treatment expenses outside the scope of the medical insurance regulations: intensive care expenses (excluding first and second level of nursing care expenses according to the standard of the city's medical charges for the need of medical conditions), accompanying (living) expenses, consultation expenses, meals, special nutritional expenses, breastfeeding medicine expenses, and medical expenses for the treatment of breastfeeding. Nutritional fees, breastfeeding medication fees, baby fees, incubator fees, health fees, recreation fees, compensation fees, billing fees, medical records fees, medical handbook fees, stretcher fees, bottle charges, traditional Chinese medicine decoction fees (including the cost of medicine).
