Decision of the People's Government of Hainan Province on the Retention, Adjustment and Cancellation of Administrative Permit Matters

The Decision of the People's Government of Hainan Province on the Retention, Adjustment and Cancellation of Administrative Permit Matters has been adopted by the 39th Standing Meeting of the People's Government of Hainan Province on June 29, 2004, and is now hereby promulgated to come into effect on the date of its promulgation.

In order to ensure that the "Chinese People's Republic of China*** and the State Administrative License Law" is implemented comprehensively and correctly, and according to the "State Council on the Implementation of the "Chinese People's Republic of China*** and the State Administrative License Law" of the Circular" ( National Development [2003] No. 23), "the General Office of the State Council on the implementation of the Administrative Licensing Law work arrangements notice" (State Office of the State Council [2003] No. 99) requirements of the provincial government of the provincial administrative licensing agencies and their responsible for the implementation of the administrative licensing matters were cleaned up. After rigorous examination and demonstration, the provincial government confirmed 44 provincial administrative organs and authorized organizations with administrative licensing authority, decided to 384 administrative licensing matters to be retained, 67 administrative licensing matters to adjust the implementation of the main body of the 205 administrative licensing matters to be canceled.

Since the date of publication of this decision, the administrative organs and other organizations shall not implement administrative licensing without the announcement of the administrative licensing matters shall not be implemented by any organization without the announcement of the administrative licensing matters.?

All regions and departments shall earnestly do a good job in the implementation of the cancellation and adjustment of the relevant administrative licensing matters, and effectively strengthen the follow-up supervision and management.
