Health planning units to accept donations for public welfare undertakings management measures (for trial implementation)
Chapter I General Provisions
Article I in order to encourage donations, regulate the donation and recipient behavior, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the donor and recipient, to promote the development of health planning, in accordance with the "People's Republic of China *** and the State Donations for Public Welfare Undertakings Act" and other laws and regulations, to formulate the present approach.
Second this approach applies to all levels and types of health care institutions, health care administration at all levels and the management of traditional Chinese medicine business under the auspices of public welfare organizations, foundations and other public welfare social organizations (hereinafter referred to as health care units).
The third article refers to the donation of domestic and foreign natural persons, legal persons and other organizations (hereinafter referred to as donors) voluntarily and free of charge to the health planning unit (hereinafter referred to as the recipient unit) to provide funds, materials and other forms of public welfare support and help.
Article 4 of the health planning unit to accept donations should follow the following principles:

(f) Thrifty and pragmatic;
(vii) Information disclosure and enhanced supervision.
Article 5 of the health planning unit can accept the following public welfare donations:
(a) for medical institutions for patients with medical treatment fee waiver;
(b) for public health and other public ****health services and health education;
(c) for the health of health personnel training and cultivation;
(d) for the field of health planning academic activities;
(v) for scientific research in the field of health and family planning;
(vi) for the construction of public **** facilities and equipment in health and family planning organizations;
(vii) for other public welfare non-profit activities in health and family planning.
Expanded:
The written donation agreement shall specify the following:
(a) the name (name) and residence of the donor and donee;
(b) the type, quantity, quality, and value of the donated property, as well as the source of the legitimacy of the Commitment;
(C) the donation will be used for a specific purpose or unrestricted use; restricted donation purposes, should be accompanied by a detailed budget or program;
(D) the donation of property management requirements;
(E) the donation of the fulfillment of the deadline, location and mode;
(F) the rights and obligations of both parties to the donation;
