The First Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University, Chongqing Fuling Central Hospital and Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital have all opened this service. Patients with medical insurance cards in different places can apply for medical insurance cards directly in these hospitals without paying in advance.
