What is the working principle of ball screw?

Ball screws are also known as ball screws, leadscrews, etc., which contain screws, nuts, circulation systems and balls. Ball screws for tool machines and IT, optoelectronics, semiconductors, medical and other precision equipment on the most commonly used transmission elements, its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, or torque is converted to axial repetitive force; at the same time both high precision, reversibility and high efficiency features. Screws and nuts are machined with curved helical grooves, which when assembled together form a helical raceway filled with ball bearings. The balls roll along the raceway and move in a circular motion through the ball return tube. The two ends of the ball return tube also play the role of blocking beads to prevent the balls from falling out along the raceway. For more details, you can directly consult Ubitus Machinery!
