Heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system

"Heptafluoropropane" is a kind of clean gas fire extinguishing agent with chemical fire extinguishing as its main purpose and physical fire extinguishing as its main purpose; it is colorless, odorless, low toxicity, non-conductive, non-polluting to the objects to be protected, and will not cause damage to the property and precise facilities; it can reliably extinguish the B, C class fires and electrical fires with low fire extinguishing concentration; it can be liquefied and stored at room temperature with small storage space, high critical temperature and low critical pressure; it does not contain particles or oily residues after release, and has no destructive effect on the ozone layer of atmosphere. Small, high critical temperature, low critical pressure, at room temperature can be liquefied storage; release does not contain particles or oily residue, the atmospheric ozone layer has no destructive effect (ODP value of zero), the atmospheric residence time of 31 ~ 42 years, in line with environmental requirements.

Heptafluoropropane is gaseous at room temperature, colorless, odorless, non-conductive, non-corrosive, no environmental restrictions, and the atmospheric retention period is short. The fire extinguishing mechanism is mainly to interrupt the combustion chain and extinguish the fire extremely fast, which is favorable for the salvage protection of precision electronic equipment and valuables. The concentration of non-toxic reaction (NOAEL) of Heptafluoropropane is 9%, and the concentration of toxic reaction (LOAEL) is 10.5%. The design concentration of Heptafluoropropane is generally less than 10%, which is safe for human body. It is characterized by good cleanliness (complete vaporization in the atmosphere leaving no residue), good gas-phase electrical insulation and good physical properties suitable for use in fire extinguishing systems. Since Heptafluoropropane does not contain chlorine or bromine, it will not destroy the ozone layer, so it is adopted to replace the environmentally hazardous Halon 1301 and Halon 1211 as the raw material for fire extinguishing agents. In the early 1990s, industrialized countries preferred to use Heptafluoropropane to replace Halon fire extinguishing systems and achieved success.

Introduction of Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device

Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device is divided into two kinds: pipeline network and pipeline network (cabinet type).

The pipeline network system is divided into internal pressure storage system and external pressure storage system, the main difference is the transmission distance of the extinguishing agent is different. The transmission distance of the internal pressure storage system is generally not more than 60 meters, the transmission distance of the external pressure storage system can reach 220 meters
