CPSs exist in numerous industries that automate physical systems embedded with computer and communication technologies, including aerospace, automotive, chemical production, civil infrastructure, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, new materials, and transportation, among others.CPSs consist of three main components, which are the perception layer, the data transmission layer (network layer), and the application control layer.
The perception layer is mainly composed of devices such as sensors, controllers and collectors. The sensor in the perception layer is the end device of the information physical system, its main role is to collect the information data in the environment and send it to the server at regular intervals, and the server will make corresponding processing after receiving the data.
Then return to the physical end device to make corresponding changes. Data transmission layer is mainly connecting the information world and the physical world of the bridge, the main realization of the data transmission, to provide real-time network services for the system, to ensure that the network packet real-time and reliable. Application control layer is based on the cognitive results, the data transmitted back from the physical device is analyzed and presented to the customer with a visual client interface.
