2. Select Smart Detection > Microphone in the Smart Screen Manager app.
3. Select Allow in the Smart Screen pop-up box, and follow the interface prompts to select Start Detection.
4. After the detection is complete, the interface will prompt the troubleshooting method, troubleshooting in the following way:
Reboot the device to confirm whether the problem is solved.
In the Smart Screen Settings > System > Software Update interface, check for system version updates.
On the Smart Screen Settings > General > Advanced Settings > Reset > Restore Factory Settings interface, perform the restore factory settings operation (this operation will erase your personal data).
