What is the working principle of magnetic pump

The working principle of the magnetic pump is that the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor of the magnetic pump to connect with the inner magnetic rotor through the magnetic field, which drives the impeller of the magnetic pump to run. When the magnetic pump is filled with liquid, the impeller continuously inhales the liquid during rotation and continuously discharges the inhaled liquid, and the impeller makes the liquid rotate in the pump. Working continuously in this way, the pressure and speed energy of the medium generates centrifugal force. In this way, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid along the impeller rotor from the impeller center is thrown to the surrounding, and then through the pump casing discharge pipeline, so as to transport the medium to the final destination.

The magnetic drive of magnetic pumps is applied on the basis of ordinary centrifugal pumps. It is the same as all magnetic drive principle, is the use of magnets can attract ferromagnetic substances and magnets or magnetic field between the existence of magnetic force (and non-ferromagnetic substances do not affect or rarely affect the magnetic force) of the characteristics of the non-magnetic conductor (isolation sleeve) through the non-magnetic conductor contactless transmission of power. This type of drive is called a magnetic coupling.

The motor coupling is connected to the outer magnet and the impeller is connected to the inner magnet. A fully sealed isolation sleeve is provided between the outer and inner magnets to completely isolate the inner and outer magnets and keep the inner magnets in the medium. The rotating shaft of the motor directly drives the impeller to rotate synchronously through the attraction of the magnetic poles between the magnets, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying the medium.

The stator and rotor of the magnetic isolation pump are completely isolated, which completely avoids the liquid leakage problem of the traditional brushless DC electric pump. And it can be completely submerged and waterproof, which effectively improves the service life and performance of the pump.
