Special equipment for the record to which department

Article 49 The labor contract concluded between a production and management unit and its employees shall set forth matters relating to the safeguarding of the labor safety of the employees and the prevention of occupational hazards, as well as matters relating to the handling of work-related injury insurance for the employees in accordance with the law.

Production and management units shall not enter into any agreement with employees in any form that exempts or reduces their responsibility for injuries or deaths of employees due to production and safety accidents in accordance with the law.

Article 50 Employees of a production and management unit shall have the right to know the dangerous factors, preventive measures and emergency measures for accidents existing in their workplaces and jobs, and shall have the right to put forward suggestions on the work safety of the unit.

Article 51 Employees have the right to criticize, denounce and accuse the problems in the work safety of the unit; they have the right to refuse the unauthorized command and forced risky operations.

The production and management unit shall not reduce the wages, benefits and other benefits or terminate the labor contract with the employees because of their criticism, report, charge or refusal of illegal command and risky operation.

Article 59 Local people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with the production safety situation in their administrative areas, organize the relevant departments in accordance with the division of responsibilities, and carry out rigorous inspections of production and operation units in their administrative areas that are prone to major production safety accidents.

Supervision and management of production safety shall, in accordance with the requirements of classification and grading supervision and management, formulate annual supervision and inspection plan for production safety, and carry out supervision and inspection in accordance with the annual supervision and inspection plan, and find hidden dangers of accidents, which shall be dealt with in a timely manner.
