Directional and entrusted students will return to directional or entrusted units to work when they graduate. Non-directional self-enrollment graduate students choose their own jobs when they graduate, and they are not restricted.
There are two forms to recruit directional or entrusted master students:
(1) The employer recommends the on-the-job personnel of the unit to apply for the exam, that is, the candidates who are directed or entrusted back to the original unit. At present, this is the main form of recruiting directional or entrusted students. Admissions units generally only recruit directional or entrusted master students for such candidates, which is advocated by the Ministry of Education. If these candidates who take part in the unified examination meet the basic requirements of the Ministry of Education for the initial test scores of candidates who take part in the re-examination, the admissions unit will generally give priority when determining the re-examination list. The individual examination is only for some candidates who meet the requirements of the individual examination. This part of the candidates do not change the relationship between personnel and wages during their study, and enjoy wages and benefits according to the regulations of the original work unit.
To apply for such candidates, the unit where the candidates work should first issue a letter of introduction agreeing to apply for directional training or entrusted training, and indicate "Agree to apply for directional training" or "Agree to apply for entrusted training" in the column of "Postgraduate Registration Form" and "Opinions of the unit where the candidates work"; Candidates should clearly indicate "oriented training" or "entrusted training" in the column of "application category" when filling in the relevant application form, and write down the name of the unit in the column of "oriented unit" or "entrusted training unit". Candidates who apply for directional training should know from the admissions unit in advance whether this unit belongs to its directional service scope, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble when the admissions unit examines the qualifications of candidates. It should be noted that at the time of admission, some enrollment units may allow candidates who originally applied for non-directional or other categories to change to directional students or entrusted students.
(2) Select candidates from other units or recommend students without examination. Such candidates can only take the unified examination except those who recommend exemption, and their admission scores and treatment during their studies are the same as those of non-directional candidates. In this way, it is generally necessary for the employer to sign a letter of intent with the enrollment unit in the early stage of the enrollment work, choose to orient or entrust the training of master students among the candidates to be enrolled, and indicate the nature and quantity of this part of the plan in the enrollment professional catalogue of the enrollment unit for the relevant candidates to choose.
Before the admission of master students for directional training or entrusted training, the contract (agreement) for directional training or entrusted training is signed between the enrollment unit and the employer, and between the employer and the candidates, and some enrollment units need notarization. After the candidate is admitted, the admission notice will be sent by the admissions unit to the employer, and then the employer will send it to the candidate himself. Before the contract is signed, the admissions unit will generally not issue an admission notice.
Non-directional students and directional students are trained in the national plan, and the tuition fees during the study period are paid by the state, and individuals do not need to pay tuition fees; In other words, at public expense
If you fill in the orientation, you must first be explicitly requested by the unit. This is usually not an opportunity that candidates can fight for. On-the-job personnel usually have the opportunity to become candidates for orientation training. Therefore, the general candidates should not fill in the orientation, otherwise there is no orientation unit and they cannot be admitted normally. Generally, candidates can only fill in non-directional or self-raised, but it is recommended to fill in non-directional, because if the score is high, they can get public expenses, and if they fill in self-raised, they will lose the opportunity to get public expenses.
Commissioned students and self-funded students belong to graduate students who are not planned by the state. The training funds for entrusted students shall be borne by the entrusting unit, and the training funds for self-funded students shall be borne by myself. Unplanned students have exactly the same academic qualifications when they graduate, and they are all formal students of the school. It's just that tuition and employment restrictions are different.
Commissioned students don't pay tuition fees according to regulations (the tuition fees are paid by your entrusting unit for you, some units adopt the practice that candidates pay first and then reimburse, some only reimburse part of the tuition fees, and some even collect the money from candidates before handing it over to graduate training schools, so entrustment is not a pure and beautiful thing); Non-directional students in the plan and unplanned self-enrollment are the most free, and self-enrollment does not enjoy free medical care and living allowance. Otherwise, it's all the same. When you graduate, your education is exactly the same.
commissioned training
Commonly known as "Pei Wei". Institutions of higher learning are entrusted by employers to train talents for them. The funds are provided by the entrusting unit, the colleges and universities are responsible for training, and students work in the entrusting unit after graduation.
Directional or entrusted candidates must issue a certificate that the personnel department of the unit agrees to apply for the exam at the second interview.
Commissioned training is characterized by different sources of training fees and graduation distribution methods: the training funds for entrusted training are provided by the entrusting unit and returned to the entrusting unit after graduation.
Homoorient
Refers to the talent training mode of the work unit after graduation when enrolling students, and the training expenses during the study period are provided by the state (government) to the training unit (school) according to the prescribed standards. Institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, national key enterprises and institutions, party and state organs, and the military can all become employers for targeted training.
The difference between orientation and entrusted training is that orientation means that the state pays tuition fees for students and trains talents for specific employers, while entrusted training means that employers pay tuition fees for students and train talents for themselves. * * * The same thing is that after graduation, students must go to the company that has been determined when applying for the exam, otherwise they will breach the contract and bear corresponding responsibilities.
Directional students need to sign a tripartite agreement with the work unit and the school before the postgraduate entrance examination, and one party needs to pay liquidated damages for breach of contract.
Suitable for all directions
Relative to orientation, you are free to find a work unit after graduation.
self-pooled funds
Self-funded students do not enjoy ordinary scholarship treatment, and there is no difference in others. Formal students and diplomas are exactly the same as other categories.
It is suggested that you should not directly report your own profits and losses, otherwise you will directly lose the possibility of obtaining public funds, and it is not easy to be admitted because of your own profits and losses.
