Operation method:

1. Drivers should have a junior high school education or above, love their jobs and have a strong sense of responsibility. Only after passing the examination through special training can they hold relevant certificates.

2. The driver must be familiar with the structure, performance and action principle of the machine, be able to operate the machine accurately and skillfully, and know the general maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge of the equipment.

3. The driver must insist on using all safety locking and protection devices on the roadheader, and shall not replace or dump them without authorization, and shall not adjust the pressure of hydraulic system and atomizing system at will.

4. The operating handles, buttons and indicating instruments of the control switches of various electrical equipment shall be properly protected to prevent damage or loss.

Besides operating the machine skillfully, you should also check and maintain the machine daily. When the roadheader is found to be faulty, it should actively cooperate with the maintenance personnel to deal with it. If it cannot be handled, it should be reported to the district team or the operation department immediately.

6. Must be equipped with two drivers, the driver is responsible for the operation, the co-driver is responsible for monitoring. Must concentrate, and shall not leave without authorization, and shall not entrust unlicensed personnel to operate.

7. When the roadheader stops working, overhauls and shifts, the isolating switch on the machine must be disconnected and a power-off card must be hung.

8. For the operation of the machine and the existing problems, the succession driver must explain clearly to the succession driver.

9. When the gas concentration in the airflow reaches 65438 0.5% within 20 meters before and after the roadheader, it must stop running, cut off the power supply and carry out processing. When the gas concentration must drop below 1%, the power can be turned on.
