After 25 years of clinical frontline work in radiation oncology, I began to participate in the establishment of wards and outpatient departments in this discipline, and successively served as assistant director, deputy director, director, secretary of the Party branch and assistant to the dean of radiation oncology department. Since 1990 was appointed as the director of the department, through diligent efforts, the discipline construction in our province has been fundamentally changed, and the level of radiation tumor treatment in our province has stood out in the west. It has also shortened the gap with developed areas academically and technically, and made the treatment technology of this subject reach the domestic advanced level quickly, which really played a leading role in western tumor treatment. 1998 this subject was rated as the only key subject of radiation oncology in Sichuan province, reaching the standard in 2003.
He has good medical ethics, has been engaged in clinical frontline work at full capacity for more than 20 years, and has admirable selfless spirit. In order to improve his own quality, in addition to studying hard, he also spared no effort in clinical work, insisted on patient-centered humanized service, carefully analyzed and summarized clinical practice experience, and only had a few breaks during professional and work holidays every year, and more insisted on front-line work. Over the years, the number of patients admitted to clinical departments, bed utilization rate and patient satisfaction have always been the first. Because of the extra time than others, this major in our province has made great progress in a short time. At the beginning of the establishment of the hospital, due to the need of clinical service, the training qualification of "Sino-French Learning Class" was granted for three months, which was interrupted from time to time, and the patient was served according to the needs of the hospital (returning to the hospital as the academic assistant of the department director), with no regrets. For more than 20 years, his professional ethics has won unanimous praise from patients and society, and there has never been a medical complaint. He has become a socially recognized young clinical oncologist in this field in our province, and has been rated as an advanced hospital worker and an excellent party member for many times. In 2004, he was rated as an' expert in scientific and technological innovation' by the provincial trade union, as an' excellent party member' by the unit directly under the provincial health department, and was elected as a member of the 10th Sichuan Youth Federation from 65438 to 098.
In addition to clinical work, he also presided over and studied 9 projects of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the Provincial Health Department. At the end of 1980s, the methodological research of "high-dose automatic afterloading therapy machine combined with external irradiation for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma" was first carried out in China, and the "7-point dose calculation method of intracavitary combined external irradiation for nasopharyngeal carcinoma" was put forward for the first time at home and abroad, which scientifically and accurately expounded the relationship between dose distribution and effect in radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. This method was introduced in academic conferences at home and abroad for many times, and published in "China Radiation Tumor and Dutch brachytherapy J Activity", which won unanimous praise internationally, and won the second prize in 1990 the first international brachytherapy conference in Beijing. Reviwe of Am J Clin Oncol in the United States introduced her recommendation to her peers around the world at 1993, and was classified as nasopharyngeal carcinoma cavity. It has been cited for more than 30 times in professional magazines at home and abroad, and has been cited and recommended in chapters related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma, such as New Theory and Technology of Tumor Treatment, Nasopharyngeal Cancer Research, and Principle and Practice of Brachytherapy. Professor Liu Taifu introduced it as one of the achievements in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China at the 1995 17 Asian Cancer Conference, and won the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of Sichuan provincial government in the same year. At the same time, achievements have been made in the research of nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis and stereotactic radiotherapy. Among them, some opinions on CT staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were adopted by 1992 National Fuzhou Congress, and participated in the formulation of "Fuzhou 92 staging" used in China today; For the first time, the basic research on the methodology of external radiotherapy combined with three-dimensional stereotactic radiotherapy (SRS, X-ray knife) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma was put forward, and its clinical indications and methods were published in China Medical Physics and sichuan medical journal Journal. Through appraisal, it won the third prize of Chengdu government's scientific and technological achievements and the first prize of hospital's scientific and technological innovation in 2003, and its curative effect reached the leading level in China. "Study on Biological Effects of Low-dose Radiation for Esophageal Cancer" discusses the biological regulation of clinical low-dose radiation on radiotherapy patients, puts forward the concept of radiation oncology of gene radiotherapy for esophageal cancer for the first time, and has published many papers in sichuan medical journal Journal, Clinical Oncology and other magazines, and won the third prize of Chengdu Science and Technology in 2004. The research on nasopharyngeal carcinoma has benefited a large number of patients in our region. After 10 years of practice, the prospective radiotherapy and chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been in the leading position in China. Its results were published in the paper "Radiation Tumor in China", and its methods were introduced by Canadian scholars at the Astro (USA) conference in 2003, and were selected by French scholars as the only evidence-based research materials in China. Related research has improved the long-term survival rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and made our province reach the international level in the treatment of this disease. In 2000, he participated in the "Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma" part of the National 863 Program "Image Analysis and Research of Three Cone Conformal Radiotherapy". With the joint efforts of * * *, its host unit, Daheng Medical, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has realized industrial application, and has the competitiveness with international industrialization, which has contributed to the overall implementation of the project. In 2005, "Research on the Integrated Network Platform of Precise Radiotherapy" won the first prize of the key scientific research project of the Ministry of Health (WJ2005-3-006).
In addition, the research results of clinical application method of sensitivity test in "Sensitivity and Prognostic Factors of Non-conventional Fractional Radiotherapy and Radiotherapy for Advanced Lung Cancer" have been published in Chinese Journal of Radiation and Protection, and won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of Sichuan Provincial Health Department. In addition, the preliminary results of the research on the key project of provincial science and technology commission "biological target area of intensity modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma" have shown that the comprehensive treatment of this disease has great advantages, and its research results won the first prize of hospital scientific and technological innovation in 2004, and the clinical research report is to be published. In clinical work, more than 40 papers have been published in various journals at home and abroad, including Economic Analysis of Tumor Treatment, CT/MRI Image Analysis, Clinical Application of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma, etc., all of which belong to journals above the provincial level, among which 25 are core journals. Co-authored and co-edited 4 academic works, 3 of which were published by People's Health Publishing House and Sichuan Science and Technology Publishing House, and went to Europe, the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and other countries and Taiwan Province Province for academic exchanges and reports. 1997 and 1998. He has long been responsible for the teaching consultation and teaching work in the whole province and the whole region, organized many regional meetings, improved the development level of regional tumors, and supported the preparation and technical construction of several tumor centers in our province. At the same time, he was also hired as a national, provincial and municipal medical expert, and made due contributions to the medical cause in our province and southwest China. Since 1999, he has been employed by West China University of Medical Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kunming Medical College and Huzhou Medical College for many times, and served as the defense member of master's degree in oncology and radiation oncology and the reviewer of doctoral thesis. In 2003, he was hired by Huzhou Medical College as the tutor of master students in tumor radiotherapy and comprehensive tumor treatment, and presided over the scientific research work of radiation oncology, a key medical discipline in Sichuan Province, at 1999, and obtained the funding of this project.
