A definition of imported used mechanical and electrical products:
According to the provisions of the "People's Republic of China *** and the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Decree" (No. 37), the so-called old mechanical and electrical products refers to those who meet one of the following conditions:
(a) have been used, still have the basic functions and a certain value of mechanical and electrical products;
(b) not used but stored for too long beyond the quality assurance period. (B) not used but stored for too long, more than the quality assurance period of electromechanical products;
(C) not used but stored for too long, the parts produce obvious physical loss of electromechanical products;
(D) new and old parts of the mix of electromechanical products;
(E) large-scale second-hand complete sets of equipment.
Two, the consignee of imported old mechanical and electrical products or their agents (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) apply for permission to record, should be
submitted for the record:
(1) "imported old mechanical and electrical products for the record" (the applicant's seal, the legal representative of the seal)
(2) "list of imported old mechanical and electrical products" (the applicant seal)
(2) "list of imported old mechanical and electrical products" (the applicant seal) p>
(3) the applicant, consignee, consignor business license or registration documents (copy, the applicant's official seal)
(4) If necessary, the following information should also be submitted (in addition to photographs, the applicant's official seal):
Each of the use of construction machinery maintenance records, the relevant Chinese instruction manuals and recent photographs; involved in the import of old printing machinery Printing license; involving the import of old tires, the national authorities, environmental protection departments and relevant management departments expressly approved the import of documents; related to the import of the implementation of the CCC certification system for the management and for sales, leasing, repair, remanufacturing of electromechanical products of the corresponding CCC certification documents.
