In 2007, 50 million yuan was invested to start the construction project of the Dabai Village opening and closing station and the central area power tube wells; 45 million yuan was invested in the comprehensive upgrading and reconstruction of the two hospitals in the township, namely, the Second Hospital of Tongzhou District and the Dadushe Health Center. Among them, the second hospital in Tongzhou District invested 42 million yuan, new inpatient building and comprehensive service building, purchase of new medical equipment, after the renovation of the second hospital in Tongzhou District to become the region's largest rural community hospitals, with 320 beds, an increase of six times over the renovation; investment of 6 million yuan to start the construction of the office building of the social security office with a floor area of 3,000 square meters construction project; investment of 4.5 million yuan to complete the weir on the elementary school Road, Yao Xinzhuang Road and other town-level road construction projects, the total length of the road reached 2,500 meters; investment of 4 million yuan, to complete the construction of the new sea market food street.
