Aseptic filling equipment test methods

Products to achieve A or B commercial sterility requirements

According to the "Liquid Food Packaging Equipment Acceptance Specification" (draft) test methods are as follows:

(1) total colony count according to the provisions of GB4789.2.

(2) Determination of coliforms in accordance with the provisions of GB4789.3.

(3) Salmonella test according to the provisions of GB4789.4.

(4) Shigella test according to the provisions of GB4789.5.

(5) Staphylococcus aureus test according to the provisions of GB4789.10.

(6) hemolytic streptococcus test according to the provisions of GB4789.11.

(7) mold and yeast count according to the provisions of GB4789.15.

(8) aseptic class A, aseptic class B and hot filling equipment packaged in liquid food microbial proliferation test.

a. All samples will be held at 36 ± 1 ℃ for 7 days;

b. Visual inspection of up packages (bags, bottles), leaking unit samples, record the number of;

c. Open the rest of the samples for the determination of pH and sensory inspection, detection of the pH value of the majority of samples with more than the normal value of the difference of 0.2 and sensory inspection of doubtful points (cloudiness, sediment, color changes, smell or taste). The samples with doubtful sensory examination (turbidity, precipitation, color change, olfactory or taste change, etc.) were subjected to smear staining and microscopic examination. Staining with Gram stain, microscopic examination, at least 5 visual fields, to determine whether there is microbial proliferation phenomenon. Record the number of samples with microbial proliferation;

d. Add the numbers recorded in b and c to arrive at the total number of samples failing the microbial proliferation index.

(9) free residual chlorine test in accordance with the provisions of section 37.1 of GB5750.

(10) H2O2 residual test according to GB14891.9 Appendix A in the regulations.

Equipment with good adaptability

(1) wide range of filling capacity

Currently at home and abroad, the filling capacity of the better equipment for the 120 ~ 550ml / bag.

(2) the applicability of the package material

The better equipment can adapt to a wider range of package materials, which allows users to have more choice of package materials.

Automatic control system

The equipment can automatically complete the packaging material conveying, molding, sealing action, with a wide range of filling, and to achieve high packaging speed.

Currently the production capacity of the better equipment at home and abroad is 6000~7000 bags/hour.

Independent automatic CIP device

For cleaning of alkali solution, acid solution, sterile water before and after production, and sterilizing by high temperature steam.

System fault alarm and protection

In order to ensure that the filling machine produces qualified products, the system should have a suitable alarm system to ensure that the system malfunctions can be issued in time to signal the alarm, and make the corresponding linkage protection, such as: stop filling, shutdown and so on.

Lower energy consumption

Electricity, compressed air, steam, water and other energy consumption should be small, in order to reduce the user's cost.

Lower bag breakage rate

Equipment to achieve a bag breakage rate of about 1 in 10,000 is a better performance. If the bag breakage rate is less than one in a thousand, the equipment should be regarded as substandard.
