According to the Regulations of Jiangxi Province on Domestic Waste Management

Thirty-sixth domestic waste should be classified according to the following provisions:

(1) Recycling recyclable materials;

(2) Hazardous wastes shall be recycled or treated harmlessly in accordance with the relevant provisions of national hazardous waste management;

(three) the kitchen waste is treated by biochemical treatment technology, other resource utilization technology or harmless way;

(four) other garbage disposed of in a harmless way such as incineration.

According to the Regulations of Jiangxi Province on Domestic Waste Management

Thirty-seventh domestic waste disposal units shall perform the following obligations:

(a) equipped with domestic waste management personnel, operators and treatment facilities in accordance with the provisions, to maintain the normal operation of domestic waste treatment facilities;

(two) to receive domestic garbage in accordance with the regulations, and not to mix the classified domestic garbage;

(3) Install monitoring equipment in accordance with regulations, connect with local ecological and environmental authorities, carry out self-monitoring in accordance with relevant requirements, and disclose pollution emission data in real time;

(4) Establish and improve the ledger management system, record the quantity, category, destination and waste generated in the process of domestic waste treatment every day, and submit the ledger information to the domestic waste management department of the people's government of the city or county (city, district) with districts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and this province;

(five) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province, formulate emergency plans and report to the local people's government or relevant departments in a timely manner.
