The company has strong product research and development ability and manufacturing ability, and has calcined, welding, heat, turning, milling, planing, grinding, boring, clamping and other processing means. In the production workshop we saw the ordinary lathe, rocker arm drilling machine, surface grinder, universal lifting table milling machine, milling machine, horizontal boring machine boring machine, planer and so on, so that we have a deeper understanding of these long-used machinery. In the mechanical engineering internship, safety is always in the first place. In order to ensure that the production internship can be carried out smoothly and successfully concluded, the teacher of the FAW Staff Training Center gave us a safety education class before we entered the factory, and told us about the rules and regulations of the factory, in which it is strictly stipulated that the girls must wear work hats, and they are not allowed to wear high-heeled shoes and skirts, and the boys are not allowed to wear tank tops and short shorts, and all the students can't wear the shoes that expose their feet.
Workshop practice should be properly dispersed, not too concentrated in one or two machine tools so as not to affect the normal work of the master workers and bring safety hazards,

This has caused us to pay more attention to safety!

What impressed me most during this visit to Dongfeng Group is not the advanced equipment and complicated process, but the seriousness of the system and the meticulous execution of the workers. The production and assembly work is very hard, there is no supervisor in the workshop, and there is no leader to keep an eye on the scene, but the workers of Dongfeng are serious in completing their work, and they do not reduce the requirements and lower the standard because of other reasons. In the process of production visits and internships, I am y impressed by the vastness of knowledge, what we know is only a little bit of basic theory, just in the construction machinery industry there are so many projects, every unit we can feel a strong production atmosphere, and more importantly, it is the advanced level of technology and management mode.
This visit to the internship I understand many usually difficult to access things, is a test of our knowledge, but also on my social practice of an experience.
