Panzhihua Panzhihua College is the only comprehensive general undergraduate college of the Ministry of Education in Southwest Sichuan and Northwest Yunnan that focuses on engineering. The school is located in China's famous "vanadium and titanium capital", the sunshine city of flowers, recreation resort, the first batch of new industrial industrialization base, the national entrepreneurial city, the national health city, the opening of the southern gateway to Sichuan, the only one in the country named after the flower of the excellent tourist city - Panzhihua City.
