Guidelines for prevention of new pneumonia in Dongying oilfield

Technical Guide for Preventive Disinfection and Personal Protection after Resumption of Work

In order to standardize the preventive disinfection of workplaces and commuter vehicles and personal protection of personnel, and prevent the spread and spread of epidemic situation after resumption of work, this guide is compiled according to the Manual for Environmental Disinfection and Personal Protection for Prevention and Control of Pneumonia Infected in novel coronavirus, Shandong Province, combined with the characteristics of oil fields.

1. Scope of application

Centralized office places and workplaces where people flow a lot and are easy to gather, such as production workshops, hallways, conference rooms, canteens, apartments, bathrooms, dressing rooms and public toilets; Commuter vehicles and materials transport vehicles and other means of transportation for many people; Other closed workplaces where people may gather.

2. Preventive disinfection methods

Disinfection of environment and object surface

1. Workplace and commuter car compartment. Clean the environment every day, and the surfaces of floors, countertops, seats and other objects can be sprayed or wiped with disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 5mg/L for disinfection once or twice every day.

2. High frequency contact parts. High-frequency contact parts such as office doorknobs, elevator switches and handrails, telephones, hot water kettle handles, faucet switches, washbasins and toilets, and key parts such as vehicle seat handrails and steering wheels should be disinfected, and chlorine-containing disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 5mg/L or 75% ethanol should be used for wiping and disinfection 2-3 times a day.

air disinfection

natural ventilation is the first choice, and mechanical ventilation measures such as exhaust fan can also be adopted. Open the doors and windows once every morning, noon and night, and naturally ventilate for more than 3min each time. Circulating air air disinfection machine can be used when conditions permit, and ultraviolet lamp can be used for disinfection when there is no one.

The closed space with central air conditioning can be used, and the fresh air device can be adjusted. The air supply safety of the air conditioning system should be ensured, and sufficient fresh air input should be ensured, and all the exhaust air should be directly discharged to the outside. When the air conditioner is not used, the return air channel should be closed. The primary filter screen of air conditioning system should be cleaned once a week and disinfected by spraying or soaking disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 5 mg/L.

commuter vehicles can drive at a low speed by opening the window when conditions permit, and open the window for ventilation during the stopping period to maintain air circulation. It is suggested that the air-conditioning vehicle should appropriately increase the air exchange power of the air conditioner to improve the air exchange times, and clean and treat the air-conditioning filter regularly.

Disinfection treatment of residence places of abnormal personnel.

If staff members have abnormal respiratory symptoms such as fever and dry cough, they should immediately take isolation measures and guide the abnormal personnel to seek medical treatment, and at the same time, thoroughly disinfect all places where they have lived. When an abnormal person is found during the traveling of a commuter vehicle, isolation measures should be taken quickly to transfer the patient to the rear of the carriage. Personnel who come into contact with it should immediately carry out hand hygiene. After the abnormal personnel are transported, the contaminated articles, equipment and vehicles should be thoroughly disinfected. Disinfection of the residence of abnormal personnel should be carried out under the guidance of professionals.

III. Precautions for disinfection

1. A special person should be in charge of disinfection, and master the concentration ratio and usage of commonly used disinfectants.

2. Disinfectors should wear work clothes, medical surgical masks, disposable gloves and long-sleeved thick rubber gloves, and rubber boots, waterproof boot covers, waterproof aprons and waterproof isolation gown when necessary.

3. Strengthen hand hygiene measures. Wash your hands frequently. When there are visible pollutants on your hands, you should first use soap or hand sanitizer to wash your hands with running water according to the seven-step washing method, and then disinfect them with hand disinfectant or soak them in 75% ethanol for 1 min to 3 min.

4. Disinfection workers' work clothes should be washed and disinfected regularly, which can be disinfected by circulating steam or boiling for 3 minutes, or soaked in 5mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for 3 minutes, and then cleaned regularly.

5. Preventive disinfection of workplaces, commuter vehicles, etc. should be combined with environmental cleaning and disinfection to prevent and control, so as to avoid excessive disinfection.

IV. Preparation and usage of common disinfectants

1.84 Disinfectant: The content of available chlorine in the stock solution is generally 4.5%~5.5%, and it needs to be diluted 1 times when the concentration of available chlorine is 5 mg/L. If 5mg/L effective chlorine concentration of 5L disinfectant is prepared, 5ml of stock solution should be added into 5L water and stirred evenly.

2. Youchlorojing: powder, the content of available chlorine is generally 45%~55%, and the concentration of available chlorine 5mg/L needs to be diluted by 1 times. If 5mg/L effective chlorine concentration of 5L disinfectant is prepared, 5g of original powder should be added into 5L water and stirred evenly.

3.75% alcohol disinfectant can be used directly.

4. chlorine dioxide disinfection powder: the content of available chlorine is about 12%-13%, 2g/bag. Add 4.8 liters of water to 1 package of disinfection powder, and the concentration after preparation is about 5 mg/L.

5. Chlorine-containing effervescent tablets: the effective chlorine content is 48mg/ tablet -58mg/ tablet, one tablet is dissolved in 1 liter of water, and the concentration after preparation is about 5mg/L.

6. Precautions. Chlorine-containing disinfectants are irritating and corrosive to a certain extent, so personal protection should be paid attention to when preparing and using them. Corrosive items should be wiped with clean water after disinfection to prevent damage to disinfected items. Chlorine-containing disinfectants can bleach fabrics, so please use them carefully. When using alcohol for disinfection, stay away from fire sources and high-temperature objects. Smoking is forbidden, and large-scale spraying is not allowed. Indoor ventilation is needed. It is not recommended to spray disinfection on clothes to avoid burning or even fire.

5. Wear masks scientifically

According to the National Technical Guidelines for the Selection and Use of Masks to Prevent novel coronavirus Infection among Different Groups, the following suggestions are put forward according to the nature and risk level of epidemic prevention work:

1. Moderate risk exposure personnel: employees in relatively closed places such as restaurants, supermarkets and commuter vehicles, employees engaged in administrative management and security related to the epidemic situation, people living in isolation at home and with them. It is recommended to wear medical surgical masks instead of medical protective masks and particulate protective masks with N95/KN95 or above standards.

2. Low-risk exposed personnel: indoor office workers, the public in crowded areas such as elevators, supermarkets and commuter vehicles. It is recommended to wear disposable medical masks.

3. Low-risk exposed personnel: workers in well-ventilated workplaces, indoor activities at home, scattered residents, outdoor activists. It is recommended to wear a disposable medical mask or not. Non-medical masks, such as cotton yarn, activated carbon and sponge, have a certain protective effect, and can also reduce the spread of droplets caused by coughing, sneezing and talking, so they can be selected according to the situation.

4. The masks worn by the personnel exposed to the above three risk levels can be used repeatedly. Wash your hands according to the rules before wearing the mask, and avoid touching the inside of the mask when wearing it. If the mask is dirty, deformed, damaged or smells, it should be replaced in time. If you need to use the mask again, you can hang it in a clean, dry and ventilated place, or put it in a clean and breathable paper bag. Masks should be stored separately to avoid contact with each other, and the users of masks should be identified. Cotton masks can be cleaned and disinfected, but other types of masks can not be reused after disinfection, or treated according to the instructions.
