Description of hospital physical examination: 1. Don't eat the night before physical examination/after 10/0. On the morning of the physical examination, the blood collectors will arrive at the fourth floor of the outpatient building (1 Building) of Jimo District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine at 7: 30-1.
2. It is not advisable to do gynecological examination during menstruation. Unmarried kindergarten teachers and pregnant kindergarten teachers are forbidden to do gonococcal examination. Please inform the front desk medical staff in advance, or you will be at your own risk.
3. The medical examiner must carry his ID card and a physical examination form with the photo of the net newspaper on a white background (the number of the physical examination form should be filled in with the registration number of the net newspaper), and affix the hospital seal twice at the photo place and the conclusion of the physical examination.
4. Anyone who comes to our hospital for physical examination from outside the province must hold a negative nucleic acid certificate twice every 24 hours before entering the outpatient building for physical examination.
5. The counties (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the high-risk areas are located can't come, and the surrounding high-risk counties, autonomous regions and municipalities will come as soon as they come back, that is, within 14 days, the personnel will hold two negative nucleic acid reports every 24 hours.
