Second, the technical system configuration of the unit responsible for safe broadcasting shall comply with the following provisions:
(I) in line with the state, the industry's relevant technical specifications and the State Council administrative department of broadcasting, film and television provisions of the hierarchy of the configuration requirements;

Three, the security broadcasting unit responsible for the management of radio and television program sources should be in line with the following provisions:
(a) radio and television stations in the program production, program broadcasting scheduling, program handover and other aspects of the program should be carried out to review the review and rebroadcasting review system, to avoid the program mis-broadcasting, empty air, and to ensure that the program production and technical quality of the relevant national and industrial standards;

(c) engaged in radio and television transmission, coverage of the business of the security broadcast responsibility unit should use a dedicated channel for complete transmission of radio and television programs must be transferred;
(d) shall not be unauthorized access, transmission, broadcasting overseas radio and television programs;
(e) found that broadcasting and television programs contain content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, shall immediately take measures to eliminate or stop broadcasting, transmission, coverage, and save the relevant records, and to report to the administrative departments of broadcasting, film and television.

Article 3 The administrative departments of the State Council are responsible for the supervision and management of national radio and television safety broadcasting.
