What if the hearing aid fails?

If the hearing aid fails and there is no sound, don't worry. You can check whether the switch and volume adjustment of the hearing aid have been turned on first, and then check which gear it is in, because the M gear of the hearing aid is used for listening to sounds and the T gear is used for making calls. If there is no problem with these two gears, proceed to the next inspection.

(1) Check the hearing aid battery.

See if it's because the hearing aid is broken or the positive and negative electrodes are installed backwards; Or the battery door of the hearing aid is broken and needs maintenance; Or because the battery compartment of the hearing aid is unclean and corroded.

(2) Check the hearing aid ear mold

You can check whether the ear mold of the hearing aid is blocked. If it is blocked by earwax, you can clean the surface with the cleaning brush of the hearing aid. You can also take the ear mold and clean it, then dry it and put it on.

(3) Check the sound guide tube of the hearing aid

You can check the sound guide tube of the hearing aid to see if there is any sound in the hearing aid. Is it because it is wet? If the hearing aid is wet, it is mostly caused by the user's ears sweating easily or the surrounding environment is wet. Just pay attention to cleaning and drying regularly after use.
