Introduction of Ancient City Compound:
The Ancient City Compound in Linfen City, Shanxi Province, was built based on the ruins of the ancient city and is divided into two gardens, the east and west. West garden east of the city wall, west along the riverfront road, covers an area of 160 acres, built in 2010, there are bronze ancient city, celebrity square, Yuan dynasty theater and other landscapes, planting more than 150 kinds of trees, cultural and ecological unique scenery. The East Garden was built around the northwest city wall, covering an area of 180 acres, and completed the construction of the North District in 2012, focusing on the restoration of the city wall and the protection of residential removal. The thousand-year-old city and the centuries-old houses are all in one, the historical style is perfectly reproduced, and the large-scale inspirational sculpture is surrounded by more than 300 stone lions, which shows the charm of folk culture.
Three pavilions are set up in the three residential courtyards, including the Ancient City Culture, Folklore Culture and School Culture. The Wall of Fame is 59 meters long and 2.75 meters high, using granite to carve the portraits of 50 celebrities in the history of Linfen, such as the ancestor of the humanities emperor, Emperor Yao, the Spring and Autumn hegemony of Jin Wengong, the hero of the Han Dynasty, Wei Qing and so on, which is an important cultural landscape of the ancient city park.
