During the days when the leader went to Qingdao, I took time out of my busy schedule to inspect the positions in the crystal pulling workshop and power distribution room twice a day and ride a bike from home to the company once a night. Earnestly complete the tasks assigned to me by the leaders.
I have to report every job to the leader every day, except making loose-leaf records in the black book every day, and reflecting problems in words from time to time. I designed a complete and detailed table to record each project, including the date, construction content, problems found and treatment methods, as well as the project construction unit, person in charge, start time, end time, special problem records and so on. Analyze the problems found in detail, solve them by yourself or contact the leaders. The first time treatment reduced the cost of labor, materials and rework, saved expenses for the company, and was well received by the leaders.
Four, the shortcomings of the past year mainly include:
