What do you call the instruments in the hospital radiology department?

Radiology department generally has general filming equipment, the digital one is called DR, the IP one is called CR (but CR actually refers to the image part), and the filming machine for developing films.

There is also a fluoroscopy machine for fluoroscopy. According to different departments, there are imaging equipment or imaging machines called contrast rooms (such as urography and salpingography), gastrointestinal machines for barium meal and chest X-ray machines for chest X-ray. According to the different imaging methods, it is called digital perspective and analog perspective. In fact, they are all called differently, and they are all used for perspective.

There is also a separate mobile filming equipment, called bed head machine or bed head machine. It is a kind of filming equipment, because it is relatively small and mobile, and is generally used in severe cases, or operating rooms and wards.
