First, the material used to make the human anatomy model is mainly polyester resin, which is used to cast different parts in different models, and to pour branches into the mucous membranes of different parts, such as the cranial membrane and the cardiac membrane. Small holes are then drilled for inserting nails in order to assemble the entire model. Each part of the model is hand-painted to bring out the main features. The painter carefully painted the leg with veins in blue, nerve endings in yellow, and red. arterial vessels, and even the toenails are colored. Before assembling it, the worker must insert metal nails into each part, nails that allow the parts to connect to each other.
Third, after the painter finishes painting the other parts, the model is placed in a warming oven for about 15 minutes to soften the plastic so it is easier to assemble. The worker fastens the head to the pegs in the torso, then puts the brain into the model's headband, then puts the skull on and inserts the fastening pegs into the holes in the connected parts. Muscles are added to the arms, including the biceps, which controls the hand, and the deltoid, which is the muscle on the flat joint that helps lift the arm, and then the arms are mounted on top of the torso and secured. Each of the combined models is removable. This solid-size human muscle model is 138 centimeters high, there are 45 parts, all in accordance with the human body proportion of the construction, so the mannequin is manufactured.
