Application, examination and registration of the license are the three parts of the marriage registration process.

(C) Registration and Licensing

What are the formalities and documents required for divorce
The procedures for divorce registration are as follows:
(a) Application
If a couple divorces voluntarily on the mainland, they should enter into a written agreement on divorce, go to the relevant marriage registration office to apply together, and provide the following materials according to the regulations Application materials:
