(3) Hazardous waste loading and unloading area should be set up isolation facilities, liquid waste unloading area should be set up to collect tanks and buffer tanks.
Hazardous waste transportation unit requirements
1, hazardous waste road transport vehicle parking lot should be in line with the relevant provisions of the hazardous goods transport unit, and meet the following requirements:
(1) The ground should be constructed of strong, impermeable materials, and the surface is free of cracks, flat, and sturdy.
(2) The parking lot should be constructed with facilities for vehicle washing, drainage collection, sewage treatment, evacuation exit, fire fighting, isolation, etc., and have facilities for collecting wastewater and early rainwater in line with environmental protection requirements. (4) Vehicles loaded with hazardous waste shall not enter the parking lot.
Hazardous waste road transport units should be engaged in at least one intermediate chemical engineer or registered safety engineers, an environmental engineering or related professional title above the intermediate technical personnel. Hazardous waste transport enterprises responsible for the person in charge, vehicle technology, full-time safety manager should participate in the environmental protection department organized by the hazardous waste pollution prevention and control of management personnel professional and technical training.

Hazardous waste road transport units should be in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Preparation of Emergency Response and Rescue Plans for Hazardous Chemical Accidents" and "Guidelines for the Preparation of Emergency Response Plans for Hazardous Waste Operating Units", to develop emergency response plans for the road transportation of hazardous wastes and emergency drills should be carried out on a regular basis.
