5. Duties
5.1. The physician of the health clinic is responsible for formulating the medical emergency plan and organizing the medical staff to treat the injured and sick.
5.2. Nurses assist the physician to do a good job of treatment.
5.3. The full-time driver of the ambulance ensures that the ambulance can be used at any time.
6. Procedures
6.1. Health Clinic
6.1.1. The Health Clinic will have a dispensary on site and one in the living quarters.
6.1.2. The infirmary must be equipped with special cabinets to store first aid medicines and instruments in addition to routine medicines and instruments.
6.1.3. Medical instruments must be sterilized in time to ensure that they are always available.
6.1.4. Site medical clinic medical personnel according to the prescribed work and rest time on and off, according to the needs of the project, night and holiday arrangements for overtime or duty.
6.1.5. Infirmary are installed a telephone, can be opened to the city (note that the monthly limit of 80 yuan), no one shall not occupy the infirmary phone, must ensure that the infirmary phone at all times.
6.1.6. Site infirmary equipped with a walkie-talkie, channel 4, standby at any time during working hours. The communication number of the person in charge of the infirmary must be notified to the office of the Administration Department and the site command center.
6.1.7. The medical staff of the infirmary must not leave the infirmary during working hours to ensure that first aid signals can be received at any time.
6.2. Ambulance Management
6.2.1. The branch office is equipped with an ambulance, and the medical office is responsible for equipping the ambulance with first aid medicines and instruments, and paying attention to regular inspection, replenishment and replacement.
6.2.2. In the event of more than one person needing first aid at the same time, any vehicle and personnel belonging to the branch must immediately and unconditionally participate in the first aid work and accept the arrangement of the medical personnel present when they receive the information of help.
6.2.3. The ambulance of the branch shall be managed by the Office of the Administration Department in a unified manner with a full-time driver.
6.2.4. The ambulance key is equipped with three sets, respectively, by the ambulance full-time driver, small car squad leader, the Office of the Ministry of Administration to keep. The ambulance key holders must hand over the keys when they leave the workplace.
6.2.5. The ambulance is parked outside the site infirmary when on duty at the site infirmary, and at designated locations in the office or living quarters at other times.
6.2.6. Ambulances are to be used only for medical assistance and for no other purpose.
6.2.7. When ambulances are traveling to and from the living quarters and the work site after work, only medical personnel from the infirmary are permitted to ride in the ambulance.
6.2.8 The full-time driver of the ambulance must check and maintain the vehicle every day to ensure that the ambulance can be used at any time, and when the ambulance is found to be faulty, the ambulance must be reported for repair in a timely manner; during the ambulance maintenance period, the squad must arrange for other vehicles to be used as the ambulance to standby on the site.
6.2.9 The full-time driver of an ambulance is not allowed to leave the clinic during working hours, except for checking and maintaining the vehicle with the consent of the head of the cart shift. If they need to leave for any reason, they must ask for leave to send someone to cover for them.
6.3. First Aid Procedures
6.3.1. Anyone found in need of first aid must immediately notify the infirmary using the most effective and fastest means of communication (e.g., walkie-talkie calls, phone calls, etc.).
6.3.2. While notifying the infirmary, first-aiders should be initially resuscitated at the scene in accordance with first-aid common sense. Depending on the situation, send the injured or sick person to the infirmary or wait for the paramedics to go over to resuscitate the person on the spot.
6.3.3. After receiving the first aid signal, the infirmary must immediately formulate a first aid program, prepare first aid medicines, equipment and vehicles, and go all out to rescue the injured and sick, and at the same time, report to the Ministry of Administration and the branch of the duty leader.
6.3.4. The attending physician decides whether to send the injured or sick to the hospital for treatment. Need to be sent to the hospital for treatment, to have medical personnel escort, medical personnel on the way to pay close attention to the diagnosis and treatment of the condition, the corresponding medical treatment work.
6.3.5 After the completion of the first aid work, the health center should send medical personnel to follow up the condition, do the routine treatment, and report the situation to the branch at any time, until the injured and sick people are cured.
6.4. Reimbursement of First Aid Medical Expenses
6.4.1. The medical expenses belonging to the injured personnel can be booked according to the agreement between the branch and Chixi Health Center after approval of the branch's sub-branch leader, and then settle the bill when they are discharged from the hospital.
6.4.2. The reimbursement of medical expenses for work-related injuries shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the head office.
6.4.3. First aid medical expenses for non-work-related injuries are the responsibility of the individual.
